If you’re working around all that, your experience needs to EXCEED EXPECTATIONS.

Examining your hair and scalp in person before your day of service allows me to make a full plan and have everything on hand that you require.

Meeting ahead also takes the anxiety out of sitting with a stranger for 3 hours!

When we meet for your first service you’ll feel right at home with me.

Arriving about 3-5 minutes early is ideal.

Please have a seat and wait in the front lounge of The City on Republic Rd.

There is a bathroom the corner from the seating.

I know when to expect you—you are my ONLY client, my priority—I will find you in the seating lounge at (or very near) your appointment time.

Sometimes things happen—I get that. I do my very best to run on time also.

Unfortunately because of the nature of what I do, and how long the chemistry takes to achieve your goals, we’ll need to reschedule any arrivals after 7 minutes late. I know that’s disappointing (for my income as well) but it matters so much to me that your service and experience is performed 100% and I simply cannot do that with less time.
Trust me. You are worth every minute.

I’m always happy to answer questions—I love helping you understand things! But for many of my clients their visit to Lagom may be the only bit of quiet, downtime they get.

Enjoy comfortable quiet. Bring a book or earbuds and please silence your phone. Enjoy being cared for.

Because of my introverted nature, I wouldn’t be the right fit for some looking for a lot of interaction. No matter who you are, you get the same relaxed and quiet Blair every time.

My clients and I create a close and quiet camaraderie. It’s pretty cool, really.

Imagine sitting with your best friend at a coffee shop, but your’e both reading, not talking, but it feels good to have them there. I do that PROFESSIONALLY, while also making dreamy hair.
That’s 100% the vibe.

Additionally, I may not be the right stylist for your goals, your hair or your schedule—I know my strengths.

In an effort to reduce wasting your time, I simply don’t take on projects that I know I can’t excel at, but I will give you the information you need to head in the right direction elsewhere. You deserve the best, after all!

EVERYTHING is done online—-and let me tell you, as a non-tech person I get the challenges. But as an introvert, millennial, sole proprietor its the best way to do business.
